Changed - The Smooth Stroke brush effect was changed to implement a stroke smoothing system similar what occurs for the particle system pMoveSmooth effect.
Changed - The brush effect Disable Smooth Stroke no longer has any effect.
Fixed - The Pro Pen Artist brush had incorrect rotation leading to rough edges.
