Have you ever accidentally deleted your important files from your Recycle Bin? Don’t worry; Now you can recover your photos, documents or any other files from computer, USB drive & Memory card ! To recover your files we are going to use “Recuva”. It is free & easy to use. Here is the step by step tutorial :

First of all go to http://www.piriform.com/recuva and there click on download.

(Make sure you click on ‘Download from FileHippo.com’ or ’Download from Piriform.com’ because it’s free!)

Save it on your desktop.

After the downloading completed, open the ‘Recuva’ installer as shown in the image below.

Here select your language.

Now follow the onscreen instructions to install the ‘Recuva’.

Click on ‘Install’ to start the installation process.

Now, to give you a simple example; I’m going to delete my wallpapers.

Also, I’ve deleted the wallpapers from my Recycle Bin.

As you can see here, the Recycle Bin is Empty !

We know that it is not possible to get my wallpapers back ! But wait; We have ‘Recuva’.

Let’s recover those wallpapers. Just open the ‘Recuva’ program.

And it will show you the recovery wizard; click on ‘Next’ to continue.

Here select the type of the file which you want to recover & then click on ‘Next’.

(I’ve selected ‘Pictures’ to recover my wallpapers)

Here select the location of the file which you want to recover & then click on ‘Next’.

(I’ve deleted my wallpapers from Recycle Bin so I’ve selected ‘In the Recycle Bin’ option; You can selected your desired option.)

Now, click on ‘Start’ to start the recovery process.

(If you’re scanning files for the first time then uncheck the ‘Enable Deep Scan’ option, because usually the normal scan can find your files easily. But if it doesn’t work then you can try the deep scan option next time.)
